* The deposit for Apanaveda teacher training course is non-refundable.

* If payment is made in full before the course starts, the contract is binding for the completion of the course of 9 months. Any unforeseen circumstances to prevent the student being able to finish the full 9 months will be negotiated and decided by Victoria Adamson whether part of the fee can be refunded or not.

* If payment is made by installments, the complete amount has to be made whether or not the course is completed. This will be a binding contract which will be signed by the student and course leader in the first weekend of the course. If there are extreme circumstances whereby the student has to withdraw, then at least 70% of the course must be paid.

* No certification can be given without full payment before the end of the course.

* No certification can be awarded to any student who drops out before completion.
